This Policy describes how Zelsaro LLC ("Zelsaro LLC," doing business as "zelsaro," "we," "us," or "our") processes personal data when you use zelsaro.com, its account and billing features, and its AI image and video tools (the "Services").

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:

• account details such as name, email, language, identifiers, and login state;
• plan, credit, order, invoice, refund, and limited transaction information;
• prompts, instructions, uploaded images or video, reference material, generation settings, and generated outputs;
• support messages, legal requests, and other communications you send us; and
• technical records such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, error logs, approximate region, traffic source, and security or abuse-prevention signals.

Payment-card details are normally handled by a payment provider rather than stored in full by zelsaro.

3. Why We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure accounts; deliver requested generations; store and display creative history; calculate and settle credit use; process payments and refunds; answer requests; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; improve reliability; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent. Consent can be withdrawn, but withdrawal does not undo processing already completed lawfully.

4. AI And Infrastructure Providers

Prompts, uploads, settings, and outputs may be sent to providers that perform generation, moderation, storage, hosting, email, analytics, monitoring, authentication, or payment functions for the Services. Those providers may process information in countries outside your own. Before launch, zelsaro will maintain provider agreements and transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by valid legal process, to protect users or the Services, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not authorize service providers to use zelsaro account data for their independent direct marketing.

5. Cookies And Measurement

Essential storage may be used for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. Optional measurement may be used only in accordance with the consent choices and regional rules presented in the product. Where supported, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a request to disable optional advertising and analytics storage.

Analytics should not receive raw prompts, email addresses, or uploaded-asset URLs. Blocking essential browser storage may prevent account features from working. Clearing browser storage does not automatically delete server-side account, billing, security, or generation records.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, creative history, support, security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, disputes, and legal obligations. Retention may differ by record type. Uploaded sources and generated results may follow product-specific lifecycle settings, while billing and security records may need to be kept longer.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for ensuring that uploaded material does not contain unnecessary sensitive data.

8. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a regulator. These rights can be limited where continued processing is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, bookkeeping, or legal claims.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 or to anyone below the minimum age required to enter a binding agreement in their location. If we learn that information was collected from a child contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

10. Changes And Contact

We may update this Policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a new date and additional notice where required.
