Refund Policy

How zelsaro reviews subscription, renewal, credit-pack, duplicate-charge, and service-failure refund requests.

Effective Date: August 19, 2026
Last Updated: August 19, 2026

1. Purpose

This Policy explains how Zelsaro LLC reviews refund requests for plans, credit packs, and related charges. It should be read with the Terms of Service and the price, renewal, credit, and cancellation details shown at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights in your location always apply.

2. Cancellation Is Not A Refund

Canceling a subscription prevents a future renewal. It does not automatically reverse a charge already processed. Unless the product or local law says otherwise, access continues through the paid billing period after cancellation.

3. Situations We Review

We may approve a full or partial refund after reviewing circumstances such as:

  • duplicate or confirmed unauthorized billing;
  • a timely cancellation that failed because of a verified zelsaro error;
  • a material service failure that prevented delivery of the purchased access;
  • an unused purchase reported promptly after an evident mistake; or
  • another situation where applicable law requires a remedy.

A change of mind, dissatisfaction with the creative character of an AI Output, failure to cancel before renewal, or failure to use available credits does not by itself guarantee a refund.

4. Subscriptions And Renewals

Renewal charges are generally reviewed only when the renewal was unauthorized, a verified cancellation failure occurred, the service was materially unavailable, or law requires a refund. For a first purchase reported promptly, we may consider elapsed time, account access, credits reserved or consumed, and completed generations.

Recurring plan credits are part of plan access. Unless checkout states otherwise, they reset with the displayed cycle and do not roll over. A normal scheduled reset is not a billing error.

5. Credit Packs And Generation Use

Unused credit-pack balances may be reviewed when a purchase was mistaken, duplicated, unauthorized, or unusable because of a verified material service failure. Credits already reserved or consumed by generation work are generally non-refundable.

Provider processing can consume resources even when a request is later blocked, fails a safety check, or produces a result that is not selected. Such outcomes do not automatically qualify for a refund, although zelsaro may restore credits when its own settlement logic or provider handling was incorrect.

6. Requesting Review

Email support@zelsaro.com and include the account email, charge date, amount, invoice or transaction reference, reason for the request, and relevant generation identifiers. Do not email complete card numbers or credentials.

We may verify identity, account ownership, usage, provider records, and possible fraud before deciding. Bank and payment-network processing can delay the time between approval and the credit appearing on a statement.

7. Abuse And Payment Disputes

Fraudulent, deceptive, or repeated abusive refund activity may result in an account restriction. If a charge appears unauthorized, contacting us promptly can help investigate it before or alongside a formal payment dispute. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights provided by your bank, payment network, or applicable law.

8. Changes And Contact

We may update this Policy as payment and product behavior changes. The current version and date will appear on this page.
