1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Zelsaro LLC and govern access to zelsaro.com and its AI image, image-editing, video-generation, account, billing, and related features (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use zelsaro for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. Do not use the Services if you do not agree.

2. Accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the Services or another person, meet legal obligations, or address an unpaid or disputed account.

3. Creative Inputs And Outputs

You retain the rights you already have in prompts, uploaded files, and other material you submit ("Inputs"). You must have permission to use those Inputs. Subject to these Terms, provider restrictions, and third-party rights, you may use generated images, video, and related material ("Outputs") for lawful purposes.

Generative systems are probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, non-unique, or similar to material produced for someone else. You must review lettering, people, products, claims, continuity, trademarks, copyright, likeness, privacy, and channel rules before publishing or delivery. zelsaro does not guarantee that an Output is unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular commercial use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to break the law; violate another person's rights; create or distribute unlawful exploitation, credible threats, fraud, phishing, or malicious impersonation; upload malware; interfere with the Services; evade safety, payment, credit, or access controls; or impose unreasonable load through unauthorized automation.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless the product expressly requires it and you have a lawful basis to do so. We may block a request, withhold an Output, remove material, or restrict an account when needed to enforce these rules.

5. Models And Availability

Models, providers, controls, formats, duration, resolution, file limits, processing time, quality, and credit cost can change. A listed model may be temporarily unavailable. We may update, replace, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or the product.

6. Plans, Credits, And Payment

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Checkout disclosures—including price, currency, included credits, renewal period, reset behavior, and taxes— form part of the purchase terms.

Unless checkout says otherwise:

• subscriptions renew until canceled;
• cancellation must occur before renewal to avoid the next charge;
• recurring plan credits reset according to the displayed plan cycle and do not roll over; and
• separately purchased credit-pack balances remain available until used.

Credits may be reserved or consumed when a generation is accepted or processed. Safety enforcement, invalid Inputs, or an unusable creative result do not automatically make consumed provider work refundable. Pricing and the cost of future generations may change, but completed purchases remain governed by the terms shown when purchased.

7. Cancellation And Refunds

You may cancel through the account interface when available or by contacting support@zelsaro.com. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

8. zelsaro Materials

The Services, software, interface, brand, and site content are owned by Zelsaro LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership of the product or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering, scraping, or creation of a competing service except where a legal restriction makes that limitation unenforceable.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on external model, cloud, payment, authentication, email, moderation, storage, and analytics providers. Their independent terms may apply to specific features. zelsaro is not the official website of a third-party model provider merely because that model is listed.

10. Disclaimers And Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelsaro LLC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data. Aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months or USD $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Privacy, Changes, And Contact

The Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling. We may revise these Terms as the product or law changes. Material revisions will be posted with an updated date and additional notice where required.
